4-0: Manchester United thrashes Norwich with a hat-trick by Kagawa

Manchester United - Norwich City

Manchester United picked up the three points in the last match ahead of the upcoming Real clash on Tuesday. Old Trafford celebrated their squad’s victory and a successful afternoon for Kagawa, who scored a hat-trick. Rooney sentenced the match with a fourth. United leads the Premier League and has won 16 straight games in the championship.
The Red Devils once again deployed their strength in Old Trafford to defeat Norwich 4-0. The visitors barely created opportunities for goal and managed to contain United’s attacks until just before halftime, when Kagawa put United in front with a pass from Van Persie inside the area.

The Red Devil’s dominance throughout the game gave results in a head-on attack by United in min. 76. Carrick laid off a deep pass to Rooney who kept the ball in the area and waited for just the right moment to pass off to Kagawa, who scored the 2-0. The Japanese midfielder grabbed his third goal in min. 86, securing the squad’s thirteenth Premier League win this season. Rooney rounded out the score with a long-distance shot in injury time.
