Pepe celebrates his 30th birthday today. The defender is currently in his sixth season with Real Madrid and has scored a total of five goals in the 185 matches he’s played with the Whites. Pepe has won two Ligas, one Copa del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups with Real Madrid.
Pepe was born on 26 February 1983 in Maceió (Brazil) and took his first steps with football’s elite with Marítimo in the Portuguese league. Oporto didn’t miss out on their opportunity to snatch up the player and after evolving into one of the championship’s best defenders Pepe signed with Real Madrid.
