Real Madrid 2nd Division coach Toril spoke after the win against Guadalajara in the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium (2-1). The Whites, who remain undefeated at home in 2013, picked up their third straight home win. Alberto Toril said: “The way to grow and to not have a hard time is to make ourselves stronger here. I think that we’re getting it and what we have to do now is take a step forward in our away games, since the past few games have been quite irregular, with the exception of the clash against Xerez that we won, but didn’t play well. So we’ll try to raise the standard a bit”.
After the win against Guadalajara (2-1) Castilla has picked up ten wins in the 27 fixtures played so far this season. Coach Toril analyzed the match: “We had a great first half. We played well and created chances to score. We got a bit nervous in the second half, we didn’t know how to control the game with the results in our favour and we started to be afraid of losing what we already had. It’s also true that we were playing against a difficult rival. Guadalajara always ends up scoring from inside the penalty area and it’s not easy to defend against it. But in the end the three points are really important”.

Alberto Toril also spoke about the upcoming match, the squads’ eighteenth Liga fixture against Ponferradina: “All the matches in this division are difficult and it’s even harder against them. It’s a squad from the north, they play head on and it’s going to be a touch match”.
