Bernabeu’s new Adidas store

Real Madrid and Adidas have reopening in the Santiago Bernabeu after months of store restructuring. The completely remodelled space boasts 1,600 m² distributed between three floors and houses a range of both Real Madrid and Adidas products. Eleven representatives from the first team—Casillas, Alonso, Kaka, Carvalho, Benzema, Adan, Arbeloa, Di María, Callejon, Nacho and Morata, and three from the basketball team, Reyes, Carlos Suarez and Sergio Rodriguez—hosted the event. “Real Madrid has to have a store like this, it deserves it. Adidas has made a huge effort to make it easier for people to buy products from their team. The store is fantastic and we’ve already tried it out when we shot the promotional spot”, said Casillas.
Real Madrid and Adidas have reopened the store in the Santiago Bernabeu six years after it first opened. The store is the largest sports store in a football club in Spain and receives more visits per year than any other Adidas store. Among other products, shoppers can find all official Real Madrid apparel and merchandise as well as cutting-edge equipment for other sports.

To kick off the event the players staged their entrance into the new store by knocking down a screen set up at the door. All the Real players present added their handprints to the new walk of fame, now one of the main attractions of the remodelled store.
